Recognizing Our Alumni
Youth & Family Services’ (YFS) Alumni of the Year program began in 2015 as a way for YFS to recognize and honor past program participants who have either utilized skills they received from YFS to improve their own life or who are now making a positive impact in their own communities.
This award is given each year to no more than three individuals who live YFS’ mission to support children and their families in being capable, caring, and contributing members of our community, either on a volunteer basis or professionally.
If you know someone you feel should be considered for YFS’ Alumni of the Year Award, please fill out and submit the following information. We also encourage alumni to nominate themselves.
