YFS believes in investing in its employees and encourages them to consider furthering their professional education! YFS will help employees obtain their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential when applicable.

Child Development Center's Starting Wages for Infant/Toddler Teachers

Infant/toddler teachers with a CDA will start at $12.75/hour. Employees without a CDA will start at $12/hour and move to $12.75/hour once a CDA has been completed. The CDA can be completed as quickly as possible on your own time, but must be completed within six months of hiring. YFS will help employees pay to get a credential and provide assistance/support.
